We are skilled in machining parts with diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 65 mm, and in handling billets from 65 mm to 170 mm. This flexibility extends to our production, where we excel in prototyping as well as in the manufacture of small and large series, including complex parts.
Shooting
At Schneeberger Décolletages SA, our strength lies in the diversity of our machines, our automated robots, and our micron-precision turning, whatever the material we work with. As finishes, we offer sunning, diamonding and trimming. All can be applied to a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, Finemac, Hastelloy, brass, plastic and many others.
We guarantee consistent, precise, fast turning with excellent roughness. SPC and Quickcontrol quality tests are systematically carried out. At the customer's request, we can carry out more in-depth tests (PPAP or EMPB).
Assembly
Assembly is carried out with the utmost precision, whether by our assembly robot or by our own staff. Highly efficient and automated, our robot is not only capable of assembly, it also engraves the parts and carries out quality control.
All machined part assembly operations are carried out in-house. We also have the flexibility to integrate your external parts when required, ensuring a customized approach to meet your needs.
Milling
We mill all types of parts, with no restrictions on size or technicality, covering the full spectrum of requirements from prototype to mass production.
Our milling expertise is reinforced by the presence of a robot palletizer and a machine equipped with a dividing head. This equipment is particularly well-suited to the machining of complex, high-volume parts, while offering efficient automation.
Quality is at the heart of our process, with systematic SPC and Quickcontrol tests, and PPAP or EMPB checks at the customer's request.
Finishes
Our finishing expertise is based on a wide range of techniques, including dipping, polishing, surface treatments, buffing and anodizing. This diversity enables us to respond precisely to the specific requirements of each project, adding the finishing touch to machined parts.
Engraving
Engraving can range from marking technical information (part identification numbers) to engraving marketing elements. We also carry out milling engraving directly on the machine, for maximum precision.
There are no size or material restrictions limiting our ability to engrave. We are equipped to engrave parts of any shape, including circular ones.
