Shooting
At Schneeberger Composant Horloger SA, our expertise is demonstrated by the versatility of our equipment, including state-of-the-art machines and automated robots, enabling micron-level precision in the machining of watch components, whatever the material used. Our know-how extends to various finishes, such as sunbursting, diamond-finishing and trimming, applicable to a wide range of materials such as steel, aluminum, Finemac, Hastelloy, brass, plastic and many others.
We are committed to machining your watch components quickly, smoothly and accurately, while guaranteeing excellent roughness. To ensure optimum quality, we systematically carry out statistical process control (SPC) and Quickcontrol tests. In addition, at the customer's request, we can carry out in-depth tests such as PPAP or EMPB.
Assembly
We manage all assembly phases in-house, guaranteeing consistent quality and optimum traceability of your watch components. What's more, we are able to integrate external components into our assemblies, a highly appreciated flexibility that perfectly meets the needs of our watchmaking customers.
Assemblies are carried out with precision by our assembly robot or by our teams, depending on the most appropriate option. In addition to its assembly skills, our robot also excels in part engraving and quality control.
Milling
Our expertise combined with state-of-the-art equipment enables us to mill all types of watch components. Our facilities include a robotized palletizer and a machine equipped with a divider, specially designed for the efficient, automated machining of watch components, whatever their complexity or size.
From prototype to mass production, quality is our top priority. That's why we carry out systematic SPC and Quickcontrol tests on every watch component. We also offer PPAP or EMPB testing on request, to guarantee impeccable results.
Finishes
We excel in the art of finishing, drawing on a range of techniques such as dipping, polishing, surface treatments, stamping and anodizing, all tailored to the requirements of watch components. This diversity of skills enables us to add a final touch of quality to each machined part, with a finish to suit each customer's needs.
Engraving
Our engraving services cover a wide range of applications, from marking technical information such as part identification numbers, to engraving marketing elements.
Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment, no shape, size or material constraints limit our ability to engrave, even for circular-shaped components. What's more, our on-machine milling engraving technique guarantees maximum precision.
